Unfortunately, if it is not a manufacturing defect, you will have to pay the cost of the intervention on the jewelry. Manufacturing defects means: broken pendants, detached rings or bracelets, fallen stones, mechanical deformations.
For defects that cannot be covered by our warranty (such as: scratches, excessive or improper wear, broken chain, discoloration of jewelry), repairs have an additional cost, depending on the complexity and type of repair.
